The entire process of our experience with Spectrum was 100% positive…from our initial conversations to determine the unit that would be best for us and the timely and professional installation process. When we arrived back to our condo we called to have someone come out to review the new unit. The technician, Allen was just the icing on the cake. He went over all our questions, made a few minor touch ups and also made several suggestions that we never thought of that made things even better…Thank you!!!
Jason Houle was very pleasant, communicated well, arrived early and did a good job. I decided on adding an additional service and he was back the next day to take care of it. He did a nice job of explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. I would hire Jason again.
Spectrum A/C is a great company. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing an A/C company. And I can't say enough good things about Kuper Lyman. Very accommodating, very cordial and considerate and just overall very friendly. He knew that we had severe allergies to concrete and drywall dust and he came up with an ingenious way of sealing himself and the other guys off behind plastic to keep the rest of the room clean and keep the dust down to an absolute minimum and then cleaned up after himself and the others in everyway (top to bottom). Great company, great guy.Thanks
