“We had our new HVAC system installed by KoolRay last August, and the experience has been great from start to finish. They took the time to figure out why our house wasn’t cooling evenly and found that our unit was slightly undersized and that our main return was undersized as well. They installed the correct-sized system and also added return vents to each bedroom. The difference in airflow throughout the house has been incredible.

What has impressed me just as much is their customer service after the installation. Now that I’m in the warranty period, anytime I’ve had a question or thought something wasn’t working quite right, they’ve been quick to respond and very easy to work with. I’ve never felt like I was bothering them—they’ve always taken my concerns seriously and have been happy to help.
