“At 9:30 PM on a very hot Sunday evening in Loxahatchee, FL, our AC stopped working after a typical Florida lightning storm. I knew we had a serious problem because the compressor circuit breaker would trip immediately with a loud buzzing sound.

After calling three other local HVAC companies, I finally reached Ryan at Tri County HVAC. He answered on the third ring, listened to what was happening, and was at my home within 20–30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as an internal compressor failure.

Ryan was back at 6:30 AM the next morning to pick up the failed compressor, and then returned early that afternoon to install the new warranty compressor. While he was here, he also installed a dedicated surge protector for the condenser, a UV light to help prevent mold growth inside the air handler, and cleared and serviced the condensate drain. He did all of this while working with a smile in the brutal South Florida heat.

I asked if I needed to contact Rheem about the warranty, and he told me he had already taken care of everything. He informed me that our compressor was covered under warranty through 2031, which saved us a significant amount of money.

On top of all this, he informed me he will be stopping by tomorrow morning, to make sure everything is working as expected.

This has, hands down, been one of the best service experiences we've had in years. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. It's rare to find this level of customer service today. I now know exactly who I'll be calling for all of our future HVAC needs, and I highly recommend Tri County HVAC to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its work.“
