THANK YOU All Florida Cooling for sending a very professional and pleasant HVAC technician named NICK to my Cottage.
Nick is a great listener and understood all my Mitsubishi mini split outside units recent behavioral issues. As a professional he had all the proper equipment to locate the FREON LEAK in my unit and is in the process of ordering a NEW COIL rather than attempting to repair the leaking coil.
Probably a smart decision as he's the professional and the DIYer in me would have attempted to repairing the copper coil by removing part of the venting around the problem area.

Very friendly technician showed up on time took care of the maintenance explained a few things to me to keep the unit running better removing leaves around the unit, etc.

My first experience with All Florida Cooling was great! I appreciated all the explanations that Nick, gave me regarding my unit and the advice on how to deal with everything.
