Update: August 12, 2026. I thought I was getting a raw deal & I was. I called Swaby for a move out AC service (selling home). Price quote was $189. I had to remind them that I was a repeat customer and had recommended Swaby to my neighbors across the hall who they had just seen.
They called and basically said it's the going price. No discounts for recommendations. No veterans or seniors discount.
Knowing the average cost for this service is $100-150, I cancelled.
Found Atomized quickly. They are regulars in my building. Booked for today at $125
