Shout out especially to Henry who came to the property twice and diagnosed the issues promptly and offered his expertise. I had a prior company that offered free support but gave me contradicting advice and prices I am now happy to transition my service contract over to Dana's. Highly recommended!

“Spinelli a/c is the BEST! Our a/c had been out for 10 days. Three companies were consulted. It was determined that a new line needed to be set. Unfortunately this would mean burrowing under the driveways of two adjacent units. Spinelli’s bid was less than the others and Frank Spinelli had his crew working on Sunday at no extra charge so we could have a/c. The work was top notch from beginning to end including some touch-up, finish work that was completed the following day.
