“Garfield came out on a Sunday to replace a circuit breaker for our A/C. Once he completed replacing the breaker, it still tripped, so he did a diagnostic review and found a blown fuse in an outdated disconnect that uses fuel. He went ahead and replaced the outdated part, but the breaker continued to trip once the A/C was powered. He spent a few hours checking everything out until it could be determined that the A/C condenser itself also had a problem. We admire his dedication & patience in trying to find the problem. HVAC tech had to come out!“

“Brian came to our rescue! Our AC hadn't been working correctly for a long time and little did we know the previous AC company had hooked our brand new AC unit up incorrectly so it wasn't operating properly. He found and fixed all the issues and our house has never been this cool. We actually had to turn it up it was so cold! We highly recommend Able AC and have signed up for yearly maintenance. Can't say enough great things!!!“

“Spinelli a/c is the BEST! Our a/c had been out for 10 days. Three companies were consulted. It was determined that a new line needed to be set. Unfortunately this would mean burrowing under the driveways of two adjacent units. Spinelli’s bid was less than the others and Frank Spinelli had his crew working on Sunday at no extra charge so we could have a/c. The work was top notch from beginning to end including some touch-up, finish work that was completed the following day.
