After getting my first quote from a different company I didn't think I would be able to afford it. Long time Palm City resident and have used many different HVAC providers. My unit failed on a recent Sunday and I reached out to Dove. They said they would be there Monday am before noon, and as promised the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC rep I have ever dealt with showed up with a smile. The variable speed compressor fan motor had failed. The rep explained to me that the unit was 14 years old and while he could change out the fan motor, it's expensive and most likely the entire unit would fail in the new future.
