“A few months ago the air conditioning system in our house quit working properly and began to blow hot air.I did a online search for AC repair and decided to give Brown Mechanical a call after reading the nice reviews.I spoke with Scottie the owner right before the end of his workday and he offered to come over to our home on his way home and check our system out.Scottie came by as promised and we did a quick walk through to determine the problem.After detecting that there was a leak, we decided to put some new coolant in to buy some time and get a better idea how serious the leak was and where it might be coming from. By the next day the coolant was gone and AC was hot again so now my wife and are we’re needing to make a pretty significant financial decision in a pinch with out much time to do our homework!Scottie and I talked a little bit more about options and about my previous experience with a company I had been using for many years and the changes that seem to be going on in the company that I was unhappy with.Scottie was very familiar with the company and the owner.I really liked the fact that he was aware of some of the issues I had with the other company, but he did not badmouth the other business or anything like that.I began to realize that Scottie Brown was a man with integrity. Later that day he gave me some rough estimates and eventually a formal written quote. He final price was reasonable and came in near the lower end of his off the cuff verbal estimate.My wife and I decided that we needed to put a whole new AC system!I met his crew the following day on time and in force, first came the guy who delivered the new AC unit, then came the guys to remove the old one and install the new one. I had some questions about the rating on the air conditioner that they brought, they quickly got Scottie on the phone with me help me understand how the new ratings are calculated, soon I felt comfortable and they continued doing the installation quickly efficiently, and by the end of the day.My windows were frosty. The puppies was happy. Most of all my wife was happy which made me happy.We highly recommend Scottie and his wife Tiffany.She handles some of the phone calls, and I imagine a lot more to make a great team and we definitely recommend them hard to find an honest business nowadays not impossible just have to look a little harder Scottie made it easy we thank Brown Mechanical for the service.We will be using them for the maintenance of this AC system over the years coming, we highly recommend them to anyone in need of there services. ?“

“3/5/2024;Update;5 years later and still the absolute best a/c company around. I have moved and they are still my go to a/c for maintenance and repairs to both our home and biz. These guys are very honest and a wonderful company from the customer service to the technicians.We are so pleased to have found such a reliable and honest local company. We have been using them for our business for 2 years and for a year since we purchased a home in Jupiter. We have also purchased yearly contracts for maintenance which is great! They call you at the 6 month mark to schedule your maintenance so you dont have to remember to do it. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The service repair advisors are fantastic and do excellent work. The supervising Manager is excellent too! When you call them they respond promptly!“

“Brian came to our rescue! Our AC hadn't been working correctly for a long time and little did we know the previous AC company had hooked our brand new AC unit up incorrectly so it wasn't operating properly. He found and fixed all the issues and our house has never been this cool. We actually had to turn it up it was so cold! We highly recommend Able AC and have signed up for yearly maintenance. Can't say enough great things!!!“
