Stephen Denny is a beautifully managed company. Their technical people are first class. The HOA in my community decided they had a problem with a drain pipe that was installed many years ago and approved. The technician spoke with the HOA manger who was stonewalling instead of problem solving to meet their absurd demand. Caleb was magnificent in dealing with the HOA person who clearly did not know anything about the system. The HOA is now working with us to solve their absurd request.
