I was lucky to find these guys after my last AC technician was trying to make me pay for repairs that were not needed. Unfortunately it took over a $1,000 before I realized something was not right. Ray and his team were quick to respond. They were very informative about what the issues were and rather than jump to the most expensive repair, they took their time to trouble shoot the issue, made numerous visits and charged me a fraction of what the last technician was trying to pressure me to pay. I highly recommend Keep It Cool. Ray is honest and knows his stuff.
