Rick at PlumbingPro was able to solve a problem to a plumbing issue that two other plumbers from two other plumbing companies could not. He came onsite and was able to diagnose the cause which the other plumbers could not. Additionally, none of the parts I had previously been advised to order for the repair would work and Rick recognized that immediately. He took his time and came up with a solution that worked, and as a result, I am able to send those incompatible parts back for a refund. Rick has over 25 years experience and that was obvious. I will absolutely call PlumbingPro for my future plumbing matters.
