“Very happy with the service. Tech James Jones was great, showed me pictures of what he found and did a great job. If I know of anyone who needs your services I would definitely recommend DPS. If I need your services again, send James!!!”
911 Restoration of Fort Myers
“I can't say enough great things about 911 Restoration. After our neighbor experienced a severe leak, our home suffered extensive water damage. We were in a panic and reached out to 911 Restoration on a Friday at 7:30 PM, and to our relief, they arrived promptly and got to work immediately. Their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise were evident from the start.
The team worked diligently to mitigate the damage, thoroughly drying out affected areas and preventing further issues like mold growth. They handled everything with care and precision, keeping us informed every step of the way. What truly set them apart was their dedication to working with our insurance company, ensuring that the claims process was smooth and stress-free.
A special thanks to Jose, who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made a difficult situation much easier for us.
We are beyond grateful for 911 Restoration and highly recommend them to anyone in need of water damage restoration. Their prompt response, expertise, and outstanding customer service truly made all the difference!”
