Scott Kenyon met with the county inspector for a new unit and also did the routine inspection and maintenance on my 2 units. He was polite, informative and answered several questions I had on air conditioners and how to best maintain them. It is clear to me that Jackson Total respects and keeps its valued employees.
My Air Conditioning was having problems beginning yesterday. The system would unexpectedly turn itself on and off throughout the day and last night. Jackson Total Services sent a technician, Scott to address my problem. Turns out that the condensation water drain line was plugged. Scott checked other components as well as flushing out the drain line. Scott stayed an extra 15 minutes to make sure that the air-conditioning system was working properly.
