We set up an appointment with Avis, quickly, and we do not regret it at all! We were notified when the tech was 10 minutes out! He arrived on time and within the window we were told! NOAH, introduced himself and immediately got to work! Noah actually had to cut a hole in the closet wall to access the pipe with the clog. He explained everything to me before hand. Noah was able to unclog the pipe and he actually went above and beyond anything I expected. He cleaned the tub, replaced hardware we had taken off, sealed off the access point in the wall and cleaned the debri! I didn’t expect any of that… he’s a plumber! The price was beyond fair, response time faster than expected, and the repair quality was above par!! Thank you Noah and Avis for the excellent work performed!!
