“We purchased our home in September. It was renovated after Ian. The tub in one of our bathrooms has always drained slowly then eventually stopped draining at all. We set up an appointment with Avis, quickly, and we do not regret it at all! We were notified when the tech was 10 minutes out! He arrived on time and within the window we were told! NOAH, introduced himself and immediately got to work! Noah actually had to cut a hole in the closet wall to access the pipe with the clog. He explained everything to me before hand. Noah was able to unclog the pipe and he actually went above and beyond anything I expected. He cleaned the tub, replaced hardware we had taken off, sealed off the access point in the wall and cleaned the debri! I didn’t expect any of that… he’s a plumber! The price was beyond fair, response time faster than expected, and the repair quality was above par!! Thank you Noah and Avis for the excellent work performed!! It is important to drain and refill hot water tanks yearly to extend their lives. A tankless hot water heater should be serviced yearly to descale the mineral buildup. Removing the scale that can buildup restores heating efficiency to the water heater!

Garvin was great explaining to me how the unit works and how the descaling process works. I’m very curious how everything works and was not disappointed by his explanation and his meticulous work.
