“Luis and Eric arrived at our house on time Dec 26, 2025, to perform fixes on the air duct system. Luis had previously diagnosed the problems a few days earlier. (4 ducts at the front of the house were blowing cool air from the heating system) They reattached and strapped ductwork that was previously installed on June 23, 2025, (and had come apart) causing cool air in the summer and warm air during cold periods in December to malfunction, wasting electric bill money and comfort inside our home. “This company obtained an estimate of the ductwork that needed done for a property that I was about to buy. Other AC companies only did an estimate on what they could see because there was no crawlspace (which was a few hundred dollars because you could only see 1/10 of the ductwork due to the lack of crawlspace), but this AC company did a thorough estimate and it was roughly $11,000 to get the ductwork replaced because it was recalled about 10 years ago. The homeowners made a fuss and would not negotiate so I walked. I am so thankful that he was able to do such a thorough inspection and I saved myself a ton of money that I would not have after I bought the home.“

First, they scheduled a meeting with their architect Owen, who worked with us to develop a plan that met our preferences. He was careful to explain every obstacle and the options we had. Once we decided to move forward, Aire Serv sent a full team of contractors on short notice to do a very big job... electrician pulling permits, copper lines, the works. Neal, Jason, and Caleb were friendly and professional and after three full days of work at our house they felt like family. They were extremely good with our dog and small child, working around them in a considerate way when necessary. Once the job was done, Aire Serv followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied and had next steps covered, and even sent us a holiday card. Overall, this experience made a stressful decision very easy and enjoyable, and we plan to use this company from now on.

“My ac quit working at 11:00 pm and it was getting hot. I called 2 other (supposedly 24 hour service companies) and both said it would be the next day before they could send someone to my location. I called Abel Air and was told a tech would contact me in a few minutes. 5 mins past and a tech named Mike called me and explained he had 2 others in front of me, so I explained my problem. Mike walked me through some checks and was able to help me temporarily resolve the problem and told me how and when to call to get a tech to my house quickly the next day. I did as he said and Mike was dispensed to my house the next day. Mike was very knowledgeable about my Carrier ac and explained to me all he was doing. His informative attitude was important to me.
I would definitely recommend Able Air. The cost was great compared to their emergency service cost.“
