One Hour Air technician Dane W did a really great job with the late day assessment of our AC issues, noticed low refrigerant pressure and a slight bubbling at valve. He reset valve seal, which stopped the bubbling, adding refrigerant and hopefully the issue is fixed for good. Very pleasant experience due to Danes professional experience and great attitude, very clearly explained each step in process.
After many many issues I did have with the Melbourne location. I was essentially left stranded with all these problems and no one was taking care of them and fixing their own screw ups. I actually ended up having to come out of my own pocket to pay for screw ups done by the Melbourne store I shouldn't of had to pay for in the first place. I had problems such as evap clogged and damaged from insulation and duct job done, duct work ran in crawl space giving me no access to attic, and insulation falling out of ceiling in air handler closet. An older HVAC unit gave out and with 24 hrs we had a new unit installed. The last owner did absolutely no maintenance on the two units. Jesse did a great job doing service cleaning all the mold off the inside fan.
