After many many issues I did have with the Melbourne location. I was essentially left stranded with all these problems and no one was taking care of them and fixing their own screw ups. I actually ended up having to come out of my own pocket to pay for screw ups done by the Melbourne store I shouldn't of had to pay for in the first place. I had problems such as evap clogged and damaged from insulation and duct job done, duct work ran in crawl space giving me no access to attic, and insulation falling out of ceiling in air handler closet. An older HVAC unit gave out and with 24 hrs we had a new unit installed. The last owner did absolutely no maintenance on the two units. Jesse did a great job doing service cleaning all the mold off the inside fan.
Robert was great! He was right on time, very friendly, and answered all of my questions. He did a great job and got our AC back up and running at 9PM on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Price was very reasonable.
