“I called Bear Air on a referral because our ac just wouldn’t stay running. Duane picked up right away, gave me a time frame of when he could come out and updated me on his location and arrival time. He showed up, very friendly and professional and right away found the issue. He explained to me how the air handler and thermostat work together and replaced the thermostat on the spot. Very thorough and efficient, I would highly recommend his services!“

“Mr Brugger returned my call the day after I contacted him on a Sunday through voicemail. He was very prompt and showed up when promised. Unfortunately my heat pump was too old to repair or get parts for and needed replacement. I did think $100 was a little high for an evaluation but that may be the going rate for this area.“

“Of course the day before Thanksgiving my a/c unit decides to stop working. I was so nervous it wouldn't be able to be fixed because of the holiday. I called Arnold Air at 8am and they had a technician to my home around 12:30-1ish. He worked very hard to figure out what was wrong and got the a/c back up and running. Unfortunately, I needed his assistance again not long after he left and he was back within an hour to help me. My a/c is running great and I am so impressed with how professional Arnold Air and their techs are to stand by their work. The second time he came, their was another man with him that was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this company and their technicians! Also, great price for quality service.“
