Mike Shinn is the tech who cam to my home this mornint, 3/4/20, to do annual maintenance on Trane system I installed with Extreme Electric less than 1 year ago. Mike found my coil has a serious leak. He did an excellent job on several fronts. Explained what had happened, apologized profusely although of course he was not responsible, ordered a new coil to be installed when available, repaired the leaking tubing so I have AC in the interim, went over everything in writing and cleaned up after his work was done. Thank you!!
