After I just paid another a/c service person almost 500.00 on a Sunday to clean our unit that was clogged about a month ago, I watched Edgardo clean out gunk that should have already been removed. He spent at least 90 minutes working on our system and the cost was less than half what I paid the other company and that included a pound of refrigerant. Worth every penny.

“so I was changing some of my old a/c ceiling duct covers and noticed some debris. My neighbor had just used and recommended Williams and I called and spoke to Jordan. She arranged for ductwork cleaning and also a U/V light for my indoor condensor. She was very helpful and I thought the price was good. So Ethan and Dana did the work and I must say they were outstanding. They cleaned all the covers outside with my hose and used a large machine with a rotating brush to clean the ducts. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I highly recommend this company.“

“I spoke to Zach on the phone about a problem I was having with my HVAC system. I told him another company came in and gave me a price of $6000 to replace a compressor under warranty. He sent Ryan out to diagnose the problem. It ended up being a low-voltage surge that just needed to be reset by shutting the system off for 10 to 30 minutes. I just wanted to thank Zach and Ryan for their honesty. They could’ve just replaced my compressor and did it much cheaper but they didn’t. You have a new customer for life .“

“Luis and Eric arrived at our house on time Dec 26, 2025, to perform fixes on the air duct system. Luis had previously diagnosed the problems a few days earlier. (4 ducts at the front of the house were blowing cool air from the heating system) They reattached and strapped ductwork that was previously installed on June 23, 2025, (and had come apart) causing cool air in the summer and warm air during cold periods in December to malfunction, wasting electric bill money and comfort inside our home. We appreciate their attention to detail and highly recommend both Luis and Eric.“

“After many many issues I did have with the Melbourne location. I was essentially left stranded with all these problems and no one was taking care of them and fixing their own screw ups. I actually ended up having to come out of my own pocket to pay for screw ups done by the Melbourne store I shouldn't of had to pay for in the first place. I had problems such as evap clogged and damaged from insulation and duct job done, duct work ran in crawl space giving me no access to attic, and insulation falling out of ceiling in air handler closet. It was a very frustrating 6 months battle to deal with. I then got a phone call from Dennis in Daytona, he saw my original review and was appalled by the service I had been given for the 6 months of dealing with them and he was very apologetic and reassured me that that is not how one hour runs the business and said that he would absolutely do everything in his power to make things right and that he did! He delivered on all his promises to make things right. He said he was going to send his best guys Edwin and Ryan down to the house to fix all the mistakes made and anything else that was needed to be fixed that was not mentioned in our conversation. Indeed he did send his best guys, Edwin and Ryan were rockstars. Very knowledgeable, all around stand up guys. Now this is the service that I was expecting at the beginning of January when my time with One Hour air began. In conclusion, yes it was really tough at first dealing with the Melbourne store a lot of things that happened shouldn't but they did, but now all the operations are out of Daytona and Dennis is running the show. I can be confident saying the best of service will be given and Dennis will make sure of it!“

“This company obtained an estimate of the ductwork that needed done for a property that I was about to buy. Other AC companies only did an estimate on what they could see because there was no crawlspace (which was a few hundred dollars because you could only see 1/10 of the ductwork due to the lack of crawlspace), but this AC company did a thorough estimate and it was roughly $11,000 to get the ductwork replaced because it was recalled about 10 years ago. The homeowners made a fuss and would not negotiate so I walked. I am so thankful that he was able to do such a thorough inspection and I saved myself a ton of money that I would not have after I bought the home.“
