Weather Engineers Air Conditioning and Heating

Good service and I like how they service pool heaters as well as AC.

I recently had the pleasure of working with WEATHER ENGINEERS to install a new air conditioning unit in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My existing Trane unit was 20 years old and in need of replacement, and the team at Weather Engineers simplified this entire process for me. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction that truly sets them apart. Nathan went above and beyond, and out of his way to provide wonderful and prompt customer service. My appointment was scheduled with a sense of urgency and he truly made me feel prioritized. Witnessing the excellent customer service provided to other clients was comforting, and assured me that my new installation would be in good hands.

The process began with a prompt and detailed quote provided by Nathan and their knowledgeable technician, Eric. They took the time to thoroughly assess my home's cooling needs and recommended the perfect unit for my space and budget. They answered all my questions, which helped me make an informed decision. I decided to purchase a Trane Unit for their long-term quality and energy efficiency.

The installation technician, Eric, was outstanding. He arrived on time and completed the job with incredible precision and craftsmanship. He worked diligently and neatly, and was extremely polite and respectful to me and my home. Not only did he install the new unit flawlessly, but he also took the time to explain how to use it efficiently and provided tips for maintenance to prolong its lifespan.

What truly impressed me was his attention to cleanliness. He left my home just as he found it, with no mess or debris left behind. It's evident that he takes pride in his work. I was also provided with the necessary warranty information, and Eric encouraged me to give Weather Engineers a call if there were any issues or questions at all with my new unit.

Since the installation, my new A/C unit has been running like a dream, keeping my home comfortably cool even on the hottest days in Florida lately. My energy bills have also seen a noticeable decrease, which is an added bonus!

In addition to their technical expertise, the team at Weather Engineers offers top-notch customer service. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Nathan even followed up after the installation to make sure everything was working perfectly.

I highly recommend Weather Engineers to anyone in need of A/C services. They are a company that truly cares about their customers and their work. I consider finding a reliable and trustworthy A/C company while living in Florida a true blessing. Thank you for making this process that I was not looking forward to so positive. It was a pleasure working with your company, and I will recommend to everyone.
