Unlike other companies, he didn't guess what size AC unit I needed. Instead, he entered the exact size and specs of my home into a computer program so my AC unit would be perfectly sized.Beyond the 10 year parts and service warranty, Space Age also includes a 1 year "Love It or We'll Replace it Warranty". It gave me peace of mind that if there was something wrong with the AC that I just didn't like, they would install something else.I've met the owner Lathan before and I feel comfortable that he's a man of his word who would honor such warranties.
