i had a new ac unit installed in may of 22, by able air. the installation was great, techs were great and very clean and answered any concerns i had. the only problem i have with them is that when it came time to replace the filter in the unit, i looked at the filter in system and ordered filters. when they arrived i tried to install one and noticed that the filter did not fit. i measured the filter in unit and its not what its states on filter. it measures19 1/2 x 19 1/2 x 3 1/2 inchs.it states it is a 20 x20 by 4 on the filter.i called the office and told them what happened. they sent a technician out and i explained to him and he replied that i should have measured...read full review

My Mom's heat was not working. Called Able Air today and they were there within two hours. Nick was the Technician that came out. He figured out the issue and explained everything to me. He was fantastic!! Thank you for your great service.

Had Able Air do a replacement installation of our 17 year old 3.5 ton AC/Heat Pump unit last week. The process went flawlessly.We had 3 estimates - they weren't the cheapest or most expensive, but Shawn was by far the most thorough with his observations, estimate, communication, and carried a line of equipment we wanted. He also quickly put together easily understandable quotes for different systems we had discussed.The guys (Jason, Noah, and Fred) installed our new AC/Heat Pump unit. Everything went smoothly - they were here around 8:30am and finished around 2:30pm. They made sure everything worked properly and we understood how to operate and maintain the new equipment....read full review
