“Our AC stopped working 3 days ago and we called the next day since it was too late. They came same day and we needed a new part and they came literally the next day with the replacement! Brie was super friendly and she got the job done super fast! We went through the whole checklist to make sure we wouldn’t have any other issues as well! Overall we had a great experience with cool rays and will use them again for any future services! Thanks again!“

“8 hours late to a job. Not entirely their fault. Honest work, and even though the unit makes noise when the fans on, it works, and they are coming to fix it.

EDIT: When they came to fix the noise, the workers were great, honorable, and professional. They worked diligently, and even checked out the main unit and gave a quote for some fixing with it. Good people and they earned the 5 stars.“

“In 2022 we, and our neighbor, installed new HVAC systems for our condos. Our building is located on the west coast of Florida and the HVAC units are about 50 feet from the seawall/water’s edge on Anna Maria Bay. HVAC units rarely last more than 8-10 years at our complex due to the highly corrosive environment.
