When my A/C unit died and needed to be replaced Tom at Nautical Cooling was a lifesaver. He responded quickly and diagnosed the problem while explaining in detail what had occurred. Worried that I may be without air conditioning for a week, Tom was able to install the new system the next day. He was pleasure to deal with and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family going forward. Nautical Cooling is the BEST!!!!
Tom was wonderful, I can’t rave about his service enough. He did a very thorough job going above and beyond. He explained to us in detail what was wrong and how we could go about fixing it most efficiently. He is very communicative and put in substantial effort to help us track down the warranty on our unit. Saved us about $3,000 total! I will definitely use him again for any future HVAC needs.
Nautical Air installed a new AC in our home last year. This week after being away a few days, we came back and the thermostat was blank. No way to turn on ac. We called Tom, he came to our house after a job in Palm Beach and drove all the way to Cocoa Beach at night and rewired and relocated the thermostat due to old wiring from original ac. Very responsive and backs up his service. Highly recommend.Pete Gemmill
