“We have been AC customers at Climate Experts for a couple of years and have been very happy with their service both scheduled and emergency. Recently, when they added Plumbing Services, they offered to give us a "Plumbing Home Evaluation". Since most of our home plumbing was recently professionally renovated (kitchen and both bathrooms) I didn't expect any problems. But because we've trusted Climate Experts before, my wife agreed to the evaluation.Sam (the plumber) arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a very complete examination of our small home's plumbing. To my surprise, he did show me some potential problems left from the renovation contractors and a problem under a newly installed toilet in one of the new bathrooms. He explained both the problems and multiple choices for the solutions along with the costs. I thought that the prices were reasonable. We scheduled for him to return to make the corrections.Again, Sam was punctual for his scheduled arrival. He got right to work and fixed both problems in very professional manner. He explained everything completely and his costs were exactly as he outlined beforehand. His work is guaranteed and I'm sure if I need any more help in the plumbing department, I will definitely call Sam at Climate Experts. I've already referred Sam to my sister-in-law for her plumbing issues too.If there were more than 5 stars I would have given Climate Experts that too!“

He is very amiable and usually takes care of our bi-yearly work. we replaced duct work in 2021. today 11/22/2023 had to replace our unit. Owen Georg came out the next day(called at 4 a.m. Saturday for the emergency), He came out first thing Sunday morning to discuss our options.Happy with the quote we received. Approved it then and there. Got a call that the work would be done that Tuesday. Happy for that since we live in Florida and to be without air is unbearable. Kaleab and Jordan were fantastic and worked diligently to install our new unit. work was done in a timely and clean manner and we are very happy for the result. My wife and I recommend them highly.“
