“Luis and Eric arrived at our house on time Dec 26, 2025, to perform fixes on the air duct system. Luis had previously diagnosed the problems a few days earlier. (4 ducts at the front of the house were blowing cool air from the heating system) They reattached and strapped ductwork that was previously installed on June 23, 2025, (and had come apart) causing cool air in the summer and warm air during cold periods in December to malfunction, wasting electric bill money and comfort inside our home. “My AC is getting pretty old. So every time we come home and it’s 85 inside we worry it’s our time. We left the messages it was after 5 PM. Roland called us back. Gave us his ETA and came on by. We just ended up having clog, but Roland was great! He checked all the parts to make sure everything else was running as they should be. He even gave us a very reasonable quote, should anything happen in the next 30 days. I’ve been using Mid Florida Air for almost 30 years and they are reliable every time.. I will definitely ask for Roland again next time. The thermostat says 83 but it’s definitely coming down. It was 86 10 minutes ago.“

“After many many issues I did have with the Melbourne location. I was essentially left stranded with all these problems and no one was taking care of them and fixing their own screw ups. I actually ended up having to come out of my own pocket to pay for screw ups done by the Melbourne store I shouldn't of had to pay for in the first place. I had problems such as evap clogged and damaged from insulation and duct job done, duct work ran in crawl space giving me no access to attic, and insulation falling out of ceiling in air handler closet. It was a very frustrating 6 months battle to deal with. I then got a phone call from Dennis in Daytona, he saw my original review and was appalled by the service I had been given for the 6 months of dealing with them and he was very apologetic and reassured me that that is not how one hour runs the business and said that he would absolutely do everything in his power to make things right and that he did! He delivered on all his promises to make things right. He said he was going to send his best guys Edwin and Ryan down to the house to fix all the mistakes made and anything else that was needed to be fixed that was not mentioned in our conversation. Indeed he did send his best guys, Edwin and Ryan were rockstars. Very knowledgeable, all around stand up guys. Now this is the service that I was expecting at the beginning of January when my time with One Hour air began. In conclusion, yes it was really tough at first dealing with the Melbourne store a lot of things that happened shouldn't but they did, but now all the operations are out of Daytona and Dennis is running the show. I can be confident saying the best of service will be given and Dennis will make sure of it!“
