We just purchased a new home in Melbourne. We couldn’t get the air-conditioning to work and we were quite sure it was a thermostat issue. I had an ac issue at my home. Called Platt and within 30 minutes a tech is pulling in to my driveway. Robert had the issue mapped before he got out of the truck. He resolved the problem and thoroughly monitored the system after restarting the unit to insure that was all that was wrong. Hats off to the people at Platt Air and Heat.
