I recently had AC problems. My previous company would only spend about 5 minutes trying to find the leak in the evaporator,coil me it was too small to find and give me a $240 recharge. United came out ,their technician spent at least 20 minutes searching for the leak and found it. I was impressed enough with his persistence that I ended up putting a whole new unit in.I would highly recommend United,they've done a great job.
It's really hot in Pinellas County and the service technicians are under a lot of duress. The United Air Conditioning team showed up. Diagnosed the problem promptly and fixed it in 1/2 hour. This was all after hours on Friday night. I really appreciate Devon and Carson.
We've use them for the past 10 years for our maintenance and repair when needed. We've been having issues over the last several months and they've been out three times and never found the problem. They didn't have a problem charging us each time they came out, but there was never an answer. The last technician they sent told us that the slfan needed to be replaced all the while standing in front of the unit the fan was working and blowing air. Not the problem sir. When we asked them to send someone else they just ignored us.
