We've had United Air Conditioning for several years now and are always impressed by their employees, from the office staff to the Field workers all have been excellent so far and the thing I really like about this company is that they don't push to sell parts or do something that is not required. They are honest, hard working people and definitely recommend.
Calvin was the best !!! He took extra time to clean out leaves from inside both of my units. We always have a issue with leaves. Kind, courteous. Very grateful for his attention to detail.
The service techs are great! Jack and Tom are extremely pleasant and professional. As a recent condo owner with no experience with central air, Jack took extra time to show me how to maintain the system. He also went above and beyond helping me set up the app on my phone and connecting my thermostat to it. This was my second time using United AC, and I will definitely call them again when I need to schedule my next maintenance appointment. I would highly recommend them.
