Steve was amazing! I called and said I was told I need a new AC unit. Steve came out that day on a Friday night! He was honest and said I just needed some cleaning, which he did there and then! He was honest about the time frame and that I wasn’t needing a new unit immediately! I highly recommend!!! I will be using for maintenance and any AC needs in the future!
It was such a pleasure dealing with Nick, Technician today. He explained all about how the coil was freezing up, and that the refrigerant was very low, therefore my home was not cool. In addition, he explained the reason for the water on my garage floor. It all makes sense. My unit is 19 years old, she has been very good to me, but it is now time to figure out a new direction.
