I’ve used Pleasant Air for many years beginning before current ownership when they were owned by Richard Baird. I’ve been totally satisfied for the 18 years which included purchasing our current unit 6-7 years ago. Great service with fair prices and professional staff including todays service by Anthony. Highly recommend!

Reviews
Pleasant AC is amazing! They gave me a teacher discount and a payment plan on my new AC unit in June. Last weekend my unit outside was making an awful noise and they came out on a Saturday within a few hours to check it out. They are replacing my entire unit in a week due to the sound the part is making and to prevent me from having to wait 15-30 days for the specific part. They have been so accommodating, helpful, and efficient with all of my AC needs and I highly recommend their business.
This week Brian did my semi-annual HVAC service. He showed up on time and went right to work making sure both of my systems were working optimally. These guys are great.
In Feb 2026 they inspected our heat pumps and gave them a clean bill of health. Being an annual maintenance customer gives us peace of mind with these complex systems.
