I have been a customer of Todd's for many years. Every technician that has come to service my house has been very professional and courteous. They make a noticeable effort to not disturb or make a mess while working at my house. I had damage to my mini split during hurricane Milton and rather than just try to sell me a new unit, Todd had his team try every option to fix it. Todd hires very skilled technicians and also makes sure his team are excellent at customer service. Charlie is the bomb! He was able to come out the same day and had our AC unit up and running in no time. Don’t let other companies try to sell you a new unit—call Charlie for a second opinion!
Professional. Do a great job on service and repair. Had some work done in attic on air conditioning vent. They did a great job. Brandon 5 stars on my maintenance. The number one thing to be careful. Places that want to sell you a new unit. Never with this company.
