“B&L AC Service is a fantastic family-owned company that has taken care of our AC needs for years. Recently, we had a series of issues with our AC condenser, which was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the manufacturer (Goodman) sent out defective parts and was slow to address the problems. Despite this, Claudio, Dan, and Fabian went above and beyond, coming out to our house multiple times, always with a friendly attitude and a commitment to making things right, even though they weren’t getting reimbursed by the manufacturer. They never gave up and stuck with us until our system was running perfectly. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. “Ishmael was very knowledgeable and helpful in repairing my washer and giving me strategies to reduce wear and tear on the machine. I called on Thursday afternoon and the machine was fixed on Friday. As soon as he found the problem, Ishmael located the part, drove to orlando to get it and returned to make the repair. My washer is now as good as new!“
