Everything was great from the initial consultation to the final invoice. All communication was professional, clear and prompt. All questions were answered. The quality of Captain Comfort's work is 5 Star all the way. Not only do they do what they say they are going to, but they take the time to call and keep me updated. James and Mike simply do a great job, at a reasonable price and can be 100% depended on. You can't ask for much more than that.UPDATE: I have now been with Captain Comfort for about 3 years, and their superior level of service has not wavered.
