Alex in sales was great from the beginning and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured.<br><br>The install crew was just as good. They were professional, courteous, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They explained what they were doing along the way, paid attention to the details, and cleaned everything up when they were finished.<br><br>Everyone at Sunvena made what could have been a stressful and expensive project surprisingly easy. “First, let me just say we had four quotes for a new air condition and Adonis Was the only one that treated us like we were actual people that were in need and not like a person who needed a high-pressure sales pitch in order to make a decision. He was fair with Priceing and We had the same exact quote from frank gay for 14,000 and Adonis and his team did it for half that they cleaned our ducts at a discount because it’s something we really needed. Also We didn’t have air condition for days, so our family was overheated, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we had a temporary fix for our air while we waited for him to bring our new system in. It was probably one of the most kindest things that anyone has ever done and we are so thankful for it. So i recommend them 100%”
