I have been using Service One for almost 10 years, both for AC and plumbing. I have never had one bad experience with them. I have to give a special shoutout to Kurtis Lankford, my plumber today. I needed to replace and upgrade my entire shower/tub fixtures. Kurtis was professional and very courteous to work with, plus did an amazing job! I love the end result!! I will request him for any future plumbing needs.
Mike was great to work with. He showed up on time, got straight to the issue, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. He was thorough, clean, and made sure the system was running right before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
