“Last night, our AC stopped blowing cold air. Based on Facebook and Google reviews, I called Cool Concepts at nearly 8:00 PM. David answered the phone and scheduled a service call for 10:00 AM today. He arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. Although the needed part was not on the truck, he promptly returned to the office and was back at our home within 20 minutes.
