Roel is great and I would recommend him to anyone with HVAC needs. Honestly, he is the only technician I would have work on my AC unit. He has helped my husband and I since we moved into our pre-owned home, and we came to find out that he also worked with the previous owner as well. He has helped us with a few issues over the past couple of years and recently replaced our whole unit as it was well aged. Reach out to him if you're needing a trustworthy technician who has reasonable prices!

We had an excellent experience with R&A AC. Sir Roel came out to diagnose our AC after we had been having issues. Unlike other companies that immediately tried to sell us an entirely new system, he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and gave us an honest diagnosis. He found that the real issue was a bad TXV, not a failed AC system.

He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. Even better, he was able to replace the TXV the same day, so our AC was back up and running quickly.

Outstanding service! They were honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the TXV on our AC instead of trying to sell us a whole new system like other companies. Fair pricing, quick repair, and our AC is running great again. It’s hard to find a company this trustworthy. Highly recommend!
