Chris and his team are fantastic at what they do, they are honest and ethical in every respect of their operation, a great price for the services completed and they explain everything they work on and why something needs the work needed to fix the problem. I highly recommend Artic Cool!!!

Mike was our service technician today. We had a clogged drain pipe in our A/C system. Mike did a fantastic job! He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of A/C and refrigeration. He didn't leave a mess which I really appreciate. Mike was punctual, polite, careful, knowledgeable and extremely capable. We have used Arctic Cool for all of our A/C and refrigeration issues since we moved to Orlando in 2005. It is an extremely professional and well run company thanks to Chris, the owner. I've been using Arctic Cool for over 12 years. I started with them in my old house when we were having problems with our upstairs unit. We ended up replacing it. They did a great job with a very fair price and worked with me to find the right unit and warranty for my needs. When we sold the house the inspector for the buyer noted what a great job they did on the install. I've used them for many other repairs and services over the years, including just this week when my blower motor died and they fixed it same day.
