I just used Dittmer Air and Heat for the second time and they were amazing again! The first time I used them I had a capacitor go out on my ac unit the technician showed up made the diagnosis a bad capacitor and oh by the way that part is under warranty. Wow I thought that is great as the technician could have not said anything and charged me full price parts and labor it was his honesty and professionalism that I called them back again !! The girls up front behind the scenes were great also working with me to get a technician to me at a time convenient to me they even had to move a few things around to get me an appointment after I got off work so I could be there.
