Bencraft Mechanical Services, Inc.
“We were assigned Bencraft Mechanical through our home warranty insurance company and we are so glad that we found them! Gabriel and his assistant came initially to diagnose the problem with our upstairs AC unit and spent a substantial amount of time doing so. It was determined that we needed a new coil for the unit but that it would have to be ordered. Not knowing anything about AC parts, I thought a coil was a small stretchy thing, not the half-an-air-handler sized box! The coil was ordered and obtained by our home warranty company and subsequently shipped to Bencraft. I was advised by the office that the technicians had to brainstorm exactly how they were going to install this part and that the installation would take the better part of a day! The installation was today, by Gabriel and his assistant (whose name escapes me) and it took at least 5.5 hours for them to get the job done and the AC working again.
I applaud the work of Bencraft Mechanical Services and should I need any AC work in the future, I will be reaching out to them directly. They were timely, professional and truly knew what they were doing! An excellent job!! Thank you.”
