“I’ve had at least over 4 technicians from Britt come out for installing ductwork, and routine repairs over the last 17 years. Each has been great and pricing continue to be competitive. Mark Stokes was awesome. Not only did he fix my AC unit, he recognized I like to understand how things work, and clearly explained the aspects of my package unit, the heat pump, how both 30 amp breakers relate to my unit, and reprogrammed my thermostat to accurately reflect my units lack of heat strips with emergency heating(overkill in Florida) so the other members of the house don’t get confused in using the thermostat those two times a year we need heat AND Dad happens to be asleep.
