“Britt’s A/C installed our A/C UNITS 26 years ago. They have provided us with excellent care whenever we needed service. They have always been very responsive to our needs and a few days ago our unit went out. When I called around 8:00pm I intended to leave a message for emergency service for the next morning. Instead of voicemail the service manager himself answered the phone. Because we are not local we were going to need to wait for the next day. Around maybe 45 minutes later I got a call from the service technician who was out on the road handling other emergency calls. Our problem was serious due to a critically ill person in the house. This very kind tech took it on himself to come out to our home in the country to get our unit up and running again. It was well after 9:00 at night when he showed up. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Then after helping us he still needed to handle a call a good distance away. I can’t thank him enough!“
