8 hours late to a job. Not entirely their fault. Honest work, and even though the unit makes noise when the fans on, it works, and they are coming to fix it.
EDIT: When they came to fix the noise, the workers were great, honorable, and professional. They worked diligently, and even checked out the main unit and gave a quote for some fixing with it. Good people and they earned the 5 stars.
