Riverside Cooling, LLC. provides excellent service and professional technicians. Pricing is fair, and promptness is excellent. They are nice, honest, and knowledgeable, with good cost. The install of entire systems is excellent, and the ductless mini split AC installation is properly done with a clean and aesthetically-pleasing finished look. They are patient and help get the parts needed. They provide the very best in AC solutions and service, making every effort to address project needs efficiently and cost-effectively. Technicians are friendly, professional, and take great pride in their work. During regular maintenance, a tech fixed a cooling issue at the same time. Customers are highly recommended to call them first for any HVAC needs and will always use them from now on.
Riverside cooling has serviced my multiple cooling systems on my Merritt Island home for the past three years. I had 4 original systems on the home that required maintenance, minor repair and major repair or replacement. The Riverside office staff and the onsite technicians are excellent! The repairs and new equipment have been excellent! The cost of the equipment and services have been excellent! Joe has been the onsite service tech for much of the repair and updating of equipment, and he has been great! I certainly recommend Riverside to anyone in need of AC or Heating services! Bill and his team at Riverside Cooling were great to work with on our recent purchase of a new AC system for our home in Merritt Island. Bill personally walked me through our options and did a great job of explaining in detail the different components related to the air-conditioning system. His install team that came out a day after hurricane Milton. (Unbelievable!) The install team was great as they showed up exactly on time with all the components and had it done within six hours. After the install, they did a great job of showing my wife how to properly use the new Wi-Fi thermostat, Check the filters, and Complete our product registration for our warranty. If you’re in the market for a new air-conditioning heating system, I would highly recommend Riverside Cooling in Cocoa Florida.
