“Brian was awesome! He came out quickly after my AC stopped cooling, diagnosed the issue fast, and had it running again in no time. He was friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing along the way. The service was great from start to finish. Highly recommend Brian for any AC problems!”
“Charlie came to do some plumbing work for us today and was incredibly pleasant, very knowledgeable and super helpful. He was one of the nicest contractors I have dealt with in a very long time. I had a very positive experience. He is an asset to Climate Design. We are also having a major HVAC project done through them and will update upon completion.”
“Same day professional service. Both Mike and PK were very friendly and competent. Mike went over every inch of the Goodman 3 ton AC unit and discovered a partially blocked condensation pipe, burnt wires, and a likely freon leak. PK showed up and a leak detection service was conducted, finding the suspected leaks. Freon was added, the wires were repaired, and the condensation pipe was cleared. PK is going to price out a new unit for me, and provide a list of the roofers they work with. I hope to replace both the AC unit and the flat roof it sits on. Very happy with Cool Wizard AC Services.”
