He still took the time to ask me my symptoms and helped diagnose the issues over the phone. Guess what?? He was right on! I got another company to come and they found that issue and another but I must thank Terry! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this company to anyone!I was amazed he took the time to talk to me about my clogged drain and switch issues.“

“We purchased a house that was 15 years old and two months in, our entire AC unit went out in mid July! It was so hot during that time, but luckily they came out very quickly to quote us + replace our entire unit. They’re very affordable compared to other companies in the area (we’re located in Camden County) AND we were given the option to pay off the unit in 5 years with 0% interest. That was a huge thing for us, since we put most of our money towards our new house. The technicians were also friendly + informative. We’ll continue to work with them in the future. 10/10 Thank you guys again!!“

“We found a leak coming from our AC unit in our attic. My husband called Bell Reeves and two gentlement were there within 30 minutes. They were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. They also serviced an additional unit while they were here. The price was very reasonable, escpecially considering how quickly they were able to get to us. We have always been happy with their service, but this visit warranted a 5 star review. I can't recommend Bell Reeves enough!“

“Refrigerator freezer wasn’t getting cold enough. Called and fortunately Patrick was available that afternoon. He came out,defrosted the evaporator coils and ordered parts. He said it should be good for a week, which it was.Once parts came in, he defrosted evap coils again and changed parts.Unfortunately in a 1&1/2 weeks, freezer started warming again. I called on Friday and they asked me to monitor over WE. No change, so I talked to Patrick on Monday, he came by before opening hours on Tuesday, defrosting evap coil again and ordered for parts.He replaced cap fan harness, which included defrost sensor hard wired. He did not replace defrost heaters as the measured fine.This did the job.(knock on wood)Got final bill and last 2 trips and parts were included ?. This shows that they stand behind their work. Thanks Patrick!“

“My wife and I have entrusted our AC systems to Sam Pickren for the past year now and I cannot express how delighted I am with their technicians, service and overall professionalism.Just a couple of weeks ago, I contacted their office to get their advice concerning how musty our master closet was and what to do about it. I spoke with owner Justin who immediately set up a time to come scope out the situation. He brought an infrared measuring device with him that allowed him to measure temperatures across the closet ceiling. Lo and behold, he found a supply boot buried underneath the sheetrock of our home built five years ago!This AM, Justin and one of his installation leads set up a working booth of plastic sheeting in the closet, floor protection and one hour later - voila! The AC vent installed by the builder and buried by their sheet rocker is now purring like a kitten!We could not be more pleased!Happy in Fernandina Beach, FL“
