“I contacted Sam Pickren AC & Heating last week and the young man, I believe his name was Justin could not have been more polite or helpful. I scheduled one of their staff to check our AC. since we don't live in St. Marys full time, the appointment was made at my requested time and date.

Bill arrived promptly at my home at the designated time and date. He was so kind, and informative and had the problem resolved very quickly. In addition, he explained proper care and maintenance for our unit to keep it running efficiently. I had also requested information on programmable thermostats and he showed me two with a thorough explanation of each.

It is not often that you encounter a company with such impressive employees. I cannot say enough good things about Bill or the company and I highly recommend!“

“The BEST!! These guys took a call on Saturday morning at 8:00AM, and my A/C was fixed by 12:30PM the same day! When I called back in the afternoon and spoke to the Owner because my house wasn't cooling fast enough, he said it might take a few hours. I agreed and hung up. Within 2 hours and without asking, a tech was back at my house to make sure my house was cooling well! Greatest service!“
