Robert brought the best installation crew who worked hard dismantling the old system and then with expert care installed the new system. Than you for great attitude and excellent work ethic.
I really dreaded getting another air conditioner this late in life because I live in a tear down. The new AC will last longer than I will. Thank goodness for Ocean State who has served me well for 50 years. I trust them so much that I did not even price the equipment with another company. Kenny, Tom, and Lester were kind, considerate, professional, and a delight to have in my house for 5 Hours. I love seeing Robert again as he has always been so kind to me as he checked out my equipment. Ocean State Air Conditioning & Heating is a reputable, honest, and fairly priced local HVAC business.Our central air conditioning broke in mid-summer. The A/C Doctor, who I've done business with for years, is semi-retired and only does repairs. He told me that the system was beyond repair and needed replacing. He also told me to call and get as many proposals from reputable companies as I could. Calling about a dozen companies and receiving about half as many proposals, only Ocean State came out to look at the job. Then, they quickly gave me an honest proposal with several options.
