Their workmanship is thorough, and they take the time to explain the process and ensure customer understanding. The company is honest, reliable, and offers fair pricing. They are able to fix issues quickly, even on the same day, and provide excellent maintenance services for A/C systems.
I have had many A/C technicians during the past years, but I have never encountered anyone with good work ethics and dedication like Brandon. Brandon is very knowledgeable, highly motivated, extremely polite and is very experienced. I rate him above all the techicians that worked on my A/C units in the past.
I highly recommend 5 Star Heating and Cooling for all any A/C related work.
Brandon ROCKS! I have used 5 Star for the last 18 years and was 1st introduced to his dad. They have always done excellent work, explained everything step by step, and always charge a fair price. I recommend them to all I know and you can't go wrong, so use this service every time!
Excellent technician with all the latest equipment and he arrived right on time. He cleaned my condenser coils and straightened out all the dangling wires. My 25 year-old unit is good for another year.
