Second time we've called this company. In both cases, they arrived as promised. This time, they delivered a diagnosis that wasn't good news, but so had another company. Coastal had a next day solution. We are cool again, and that is all that matters!
Thank you guys once again, we are customers for life. Excellent customer service, such an amazing team at Coastal, they take the time to explain and answer all questions we had. In my opinion they are the best AC company. Reliable, honest and hard working.
On the hottest week of the year, our AC stopped working. Coastal was able to get out same day. Although our repair took a couple visits, Coastal was wonderful with communication and the owner, Melissa, was so friendly and helpful. We have used other local companies in the past and felt like they were overpriced and dishonest. It is refreshing to see that there are still honest business who still care. We look forward to working with Coastal again if we need a repair or upgrade!Services: Repair HVAC
