High Quality Installation and outstanding follow upBrent and his team from the office staff and field tech provided great service and follow up.Our challange was to replace both a 5 tom HVAC heat pump and AV along with air cleaning system, did I mention a chain to assist with install, Brent team handled everything, from quote, permit, product selection and advise to install and follow upWhen you find a good service provide you sahr ewith friends, when you experiance great service, tell everyone!BTW: He handled everything while I was in ChicagoCooler Bear is the coolest!Services: Install thermostat

Bought a new AC system through Cooler Bear recently and everything was great. The owner Brent was super professional, and straightforward. We got estimates from multiple companies and Cooler Bear was the best. The guys who installed the AC were very courteous and professional. We had one very, very minor complication with the system after the guys left. I called Brent directly to explain the problem. He sent someone back over immediately and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes. Will definitely continue to use Cooler Bear in the future.Service: Install AC
