I like how you can scale or modify any station needed. The coaches really make the place too - it's evident they really care about your form, goals and that you enjoy being there. I feel the workouts are effective, thorough and efficient. You're in about in 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down. They utilize a user friendly app so you can reserve a spot in the class time you want. My favorite part is what a nice community of people are there. You can count on running into familiar friendly faces that step up and cheer each other on each time. If you are new to working out, an experienced athlete or anywhere in between, definitely give F45 a try. As a local Chiropractor, I enjoy regularly referring my patients here as part of their self care plan.“

Working with Jaleel has been great, and the work outs are no joke! He is extremely on top of everything. Even being a virtual client, he made it a point to check in constantly to see how the program was working for me individually. The app Jaleel uses to facilitate the daily workouts is efficient, and is easy to follow. Step by step instructions on how and when to complete which exercises within each circuit. The only effort needed is the effort put forth to get through the work outs! I would highly recommend Wingard Fitness to any one looking to better themselves, or start their fitness journey. As I can personally attest, my story being that about five years ago I was the electrical contractor wiring Labyrinth Brewery in the space above Balance’s facility. I had a herniated disc - the worst pain I’ve ever had in my life - and David would see me struggling to walk day after day and would offer to help me. So one day I said to myself screw it why not give it a shot, surgery was a last resort so didn’t want to do that. Needless to say I am pain free, play sports again, and have David and his team at Balance to thank for that. And yes I’m still going there to this day!“
