As someone who has been working out at F45 Training Center in Glastonbury, CT for over two years, I can confidently say that the positive vibes and motivation I feel when I go for my morning and Evening workout are unparalleled. The friendly and supportive atmosphere created by coaches Cara, Ryan, Nikki, Quinn, and Joshua and the fellow members have made it a place I love coming back to. The consistency of positive energy has helped me stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals. F45 Training Center truly fosters an environment that uplifts and inspires, making every workout session an uplifting experience.

I regularly do F45 at my university and I was looking for a studio near home. After much research I found F45 Glastonbury! F45 Glastonbury is such an amazing studio! Every single trainer is very friendly, supportive and attentive. Everyone is also very energetic and motivated! I’m happy to call F45 Glastonbury my home studio and I look forward to my F45 workout every single day!

I’ve been going to f45 for almost 2 years and love it there. The coaches are absolutely awesome, they keep the environment fun while also coaching you along the way. They make you want to go work out! I’d highly recommend it here if you’re looking for a workout that naturally motivates you with the best coaches!
