“I’ve been going to Sculpt for 4 months and I love it! My coach Alee has been great:
- she challenges me
- she understands how I am approaching my weight loss and strength journey
- and she is adapting her coaching accordingly
- I’ve never walked away with strained muscles (sore yes but but never in the wrong places)
As for the gym and programs. Private coaching is truly private - only has another 1:1 coaching combo once in 20+ sessions. Never felt judged or self-conscious. Never felt like a chore to be there and I’m now really enjoying it.
